We stand by the quality of our performance gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. If your Craft Sportswear apparel doesn't help you achieve your personal best, we will provide a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn items with all original tags attached into the shipping mailer and include the printed packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship Your Gear

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
